Our users keep receiving this error...sometimes a reboot helps, sometimes not:
A valid HP Service Test license could not be found.
Not sure what's going on here.

There are a few reasons this might be happening.
First, make sure you are on the latest patch/version, whether UFT 12.0x or 12.5x.
Also, sometimes the following file can become corrupt and cause the error:
Try deleting this file (UFT will recreate upon restarting the application). This can help clear up the issue.
