We have several users that are having an issue after upgrading from ALM 11.52 to 12.50. In their client the ALM/QC application is reduced compared to the the size of the browser window. They are running 1920x1080 resolution and the zoom/DPI is 100%. Does anyone have any suggestions on this?

Try having the user clear the browser cache and reset Internet Explorer to defaults.
Clear Browser Cache
Internet Options General Tab Delete button Click Delete button again
Reset Internet Explorer to default settings
Internet Options Advanced Tab Reset Button check "Delete personal settings" Click Reset Restart computer launch Internet Explorer and browse to the ALM page again
