I have just installed ALM server 12.50 using default settings from a previous installation. It installed without error and I was able to start ALM from the tray icon, however the start menu program are empty. How can I get the menu items?

Support, I am prepping for an upgrade to 12.50, I already have the VM per the required specs, and I have our last upgrade to 11.52 best practice doc to help. Please offer any advise or best practice docs that can assist me with my upgrade to 12.50.

As title says, did new client install with Windows 10. ALM 12.50 patch 01, supposed to support Windows 10. 32 Bit IE and admin rights if that matters. See attached image, the text is terrible. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/446-alm-jumbled-text.png
