I forgot my admin password, so I need to be able to reset my AutoPass settings back to default. The problem is, I have to jump through an inordinate amount of hoops in order to uninstall/reinstall software applications (along with reboots) on our server machine. Any ideas?

Even though our port (5814) is not blocked, and we can access the AutoPass License Server (APLS) dashboard from the browser, when we try to get a license from UFT we are getting the message "Autopass Server Not Available". Any ideas on how to fix?

They decommissioned the old server and set up a new one with same name and IP address. We got the AutoPass Server installed but can't log in. Can access fine from other computers on network. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/719-expired.png

We are using the default AutoPass TCP port 5814 in our environment, but one of our clients is still having trouble connecting. How can I make certain that TCP port 5814 is totally open/unfiltered between the affected client machine and my license server?
