Hello. I am looking to see if there are any pdf documents available for ConnectALL. I am familiar with wiki.connectall.com, but was just wanting to see if it was possible to get any copies of the manuals in PDF form?

We just deployed ConnectAll to synchronize our QC defects and JIRA issues. It has been working just fine (version 2.9.10), but now we hear that our JIRA user (LDAP) that is used on the app-link will be expiring every 90 days. HOW do we plan for this password change?

Using ConnectAll can you synchronize two separate Jira projects to the same "Master" jira project? The plan would be for customers to enter tickets on their own Jiras and then sync those to our "Master" ticket system for our support engineers to track.

Hello, We are using ConnectAll to sync defects/issues between QC and JIRA. Is there a best practice for getting the record ID for the other tool to show up? Like seeing the JIRA Id for the corresponding issue in QC's defect?
