As the title states, when I attempt to open the Excel add-in to export to Quality Center, excel locks up and only thing I can do at this point is to force close the program. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the add-in but same results. The add-in is pulled from our server, and is working ...

In Sprinter 12.01, I have noticed if I hit pause during test recording of design steps, the application essentially is frozen at this point. You can't save or progress your work, and requires termination through task manager.

I'm trying to do a web test with Firefox and when the status in Firefox shows 'Transferring data from' it just sits there and doesn't seem to ever respond and everything hangs up. I have to kill everything for it to finish loading.
