When we sync defects between Quality Center and Jira we sometimes get duplicates of the attachments in Jira when we update an attachment in QC. Does anyone know why this is occurring?

JIRA option is not listed as a possible type for Endpoint 2 when we click the create new link button. How do we get it to show up? We are using HP-Sync 12.53, and it is supposed to come with that option.
