We would like to provide our project leads the ability to add users from the project level. However, it seems that they cannot do this if the user is not in the Site Admin already. Is there a way for the project leads to be able to add users from the project level?

I would like my project users to get familiar with the ALM Web Client. However, until workflow rules can be implemented, I prefer we enter data using the ALM Desktop Client. How can I enforce this?

We have QC v11 Patch 9. We have a group of users we are unable to add to the Viewers group. Looks like it works, but id really does not add the users to the group. Any input is would be much appreciated.

I was attempting to set up module access in Quality Center and have accidentally locked myself out. I added a new group and added myself to the group.
