We are upgrading to ALM v12.01. In prior versions, there used to be a way to select upgrade existing schema. There is an option to update a copy of the existing schema. Is there a way to upgrade the existing schema instead of a copy? Thanks in advance.

We are getting an error in the final phase of the installation stating that there are extra columns in the site admin schema. I know how to specify an exception file for a project, but where can I do this for the site admin?

A few weeks ago, we stood up a TEST environment to test the upgrade from 11 to 12.2 (including a SEPARATE instance of Oracle). We would like an easy way to test our Oracle database connection for a given schema/user used by ALM. Every once in awhile, we get an expired password for one of our projects and want a quick way to test the connection/password. Is there an easy-to-install client that we can use without bothering th...

We currently use Oracle in our ALM instance, recent security changes have our DBA's wanting to revoke the access of the "schema users" for the ALM project schemas and replace those users with a system account with the same access, wil this cause any issue with the ALM application?
