Hello, The tray icon that shows the status of the HP ALM services always shows as not working in our Windows server. Is this to be expected and should we worry if it isn't reporting correctly? Everything seems to be working normally on the server otherwise. Thanks, HomerJ

Hello, Is there a way that we can monitor the services on the ALM server to be more proactive in catching the system being down before it affects the users? Thanks, HomerJ
