Often when we run a long test set (like 30 or 40 tests), the test either inexplicably fails or QTP hangs and sometimes crashes all together. Rebooting might fix this for a while, but then it comes back. Any ideas?

ALM v11.52 SP1. After running a Test Set / Purge Runs process (Selected All Test Sets), the repository size does not seem to shrink. Any Ideas? Thanks.

Format changes lost after importing test from Excel and then adding it to a test set. See the attached pictures for further explanation. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/389-formatting-lost-after-added-to-test-set.png

We are trying to assign a test set to a cycle however that option is disabled. We have checked for all the permissions in ALM all seem to be enabled. I am the admin of the system however it is even disabled for me.
