Hello,   I now know how to figure out where to find the project Repository sizes of storage consumed but how would I find out the DB storage consumed by each project since as I understand it both components are necessary for projects to be archived and recovered?   Thanks, HomerJ

In a few months, One of our big ALM project efforts will end.  We want to take it out of our ALM instance as it is sensitive to one of our customer, but we are obligated to have it availabe in case of some "audit". Hello, We are currently running into a point where we are going to be low on repository space on our hard drive. If we decide to have projects archived, how challenging is it to recover the information at a later date if needed and if we move to a new version? Thanks, HomerJ

Hello, We are having low storage issues and some of the projects we are using are very old. We are wondering what is the best practice recommendation for archiving/ backing up our old projects should we ever need to recover them? Thanks in advance, HomerJ

What do we do with our archives from QC11.52 and ...

We are upgrading to QC/ALM12.21 or 12.5 soon (still have not decided which) and have many old, unused projects. What is the best way to either off-load these from our server or "archive" them in such a way that we could load them up in case we need to look at some legacy information?

We often working with HP support to troubleshoot issues. We use ALM logging and sometimes forget to clean up the logs which leads to disk space issues. Is there a way to automatically clean up the logs in case we forget?
