I see in ALM there are parameters to compress UFT results COMPRESS_GUI_TEST_RESULTS COMPRESS_API_TEST_RESULTS Anybody got this to work?

I just download UFT 12.51 and was trying to uncompress the file when I am getting the following error: **"The archive is either in unknown format or damaged"** I have tried to download it again and still get the same error message and support tells me there is nothing wrong with the file.
