Hello, We have discovered that when we are trying to create a new defect from any module the "Bug_New" action is triggered several times. We are on ALM 12.55 and have never had this issue before. Is this a known issue or is there a known bug relating to this issue? Thanks, HomerJ

Hello. We are wanting to archive all our Defects and their attachments. Do you have a method for exporting the defects attachments?

Quality Center calculate the Actual Fix Time in days. Is there a method to calulate the defect age in minutes, hours, etc.?

We need to delete the "Reopen" defect status in v11 but the list is locked. Is this possible? Any ideas?
