We are using Connect All 2.8.3 and we are recently running into an issue where our connect all will not connect to our Jira cloud instance, we are getting this error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure

Hello, We are using ConnectAll to sync defects/issues between QC and JIRA. Is there a best practice for getting the record ID for the other tool to show up? Like seeing the JIRA Id for the corresponding issue in QC's defect?
