How can we check to know precisely how many UFT licences we have? Is there any software that would allow to check it? We use our licences in concurrent mode, and they are stored on 2 different servers.

Hello, We have a very limited number of BPT Licenses for Quality Center. We need those licenses available to our users that actually use BPT. When people log in, if the BPT users are not the first to log in, the BPT Licenses are gone. How do we prevent standard users from consuming BPT Licenses?

Is there any way to restrict users from opening two instances of HP ALM. Whenever user opens multiple connections with ALM, it is consuming a license for each connection. We want to restrict it.

I have installed a Database Agent and configured a collector to my DB2 database schema, but when I look at my licenses it shows that there are now 6 licenses being used, why is that? Shouldn't it be a one to one ratio per collector?

We have Full, Defect and BPT licenses, so why does Performance Center Licenses show we have Unlimited? Do you have a test ALM that does not have any project with ALM Lab Extension for functional and performance testing and does it show you have performance center licenses? Reason I ask is if we run ...

I am considering creating a DEV environment of our Production HP Quality Center DB. We currently have # Full Licenses, # Additional Defects Licenses, and # Additional Requirements licenses. Can these # licenses be used in multiple environments, on two different virtual DB servers?

So unless I'm not understanding the "LOCK_TIMEOUT" feature, this is not working. I know the default is 10 hours, but I moved from 10 to 2 hours month ago. We are hitting our full license limit (27) at least 3 times in a week. I wanted to move from 10 hours to 2 for any inactivity on QC so it...
