ALM is keep creating error logs and 9 GB dump files named - hs_err_pid12680.mdmp under C:\ProgramData\HP\ALM\server. Can we delete them?

Hello. We are running into some issues uploading tests into ALM, and we would like to enable the logs for the add-in to see if anything is indicated in the logs. Can you please provide the steps to enable the logs? I appreciate any information that you can provide.

Our logs for HP QC are from back to August 2016 when we first installed the application. In Site Admin page, we have 'Event_Log_Purge_Period_Days' set to 60, but the logs have not purged.
