I am getting "overwrite memory application error" when testing AUT with QTP. My AUT is .NET and 90 percent of 16 Gig of Ram is free when running test. My developers say it not the AUT and QTP's memory ~= 130 Meg. Has anybody else seen this?

I am on IE9 and UFT 11.53 and when I run my test, IE9 memory consumption rises exponentially, eventually crashing! What do we do to fix this??
