Hi, I have ALM 11.52 with the latest patch installed and the version with cross-project customization. I have projects A and B, and I would like to find out who is accessing project A, and who is accessing project B. I would also like to know who is accessing both projects A and B at any given time. How can I do this?

We are in the process of upgrading many projects from QC11 to QC11.52 and I have a few that just will not go away! I tried rt-click Delete from the project list/tree in Site Admin and it will not delete it. What am I doing wrong?

We will finally be leaving QC10 and will be upgrading to 11.52 in the next few weeks, and probably ALM12 early next year, but have users asking about archiving the project/data from QC10 and how long we plan to keep it. What is the best way to archive those old projects and not keep an additional QC...

Hello, We are having low storage issues and some of the projects we are using are very old. We are wondering what is the best practice recommendation for archiving/ backing up our old projects should we ever need to recover them? Thanks in advance, HomerJ
