Our firewall team is blocking few of the ports on the Sitescope server we want to know if its okay to do that or not. Below are the port. These ports are being blocked inbound to the server in the change, not outbound. WMI Ports TCP 135 (RPC) TCP 137 TCP 138 TCP 139 TCP 445 (SMB)

My SiteScope installation stopped working today. I think it was caused by either a Windows or Java update. Both occurred last night. I'm using SiteScope version 11.22 with Windows 7 Pro and Java version 1.7_55. Anybody fully understand what caused SiteScope to stop working.

I am having trouble importing my SiteScope 11 license. It imports sucessfully, but when I restart SiteScope service, it then tells me I don't have enough points. When I go back to preferences after the service restart, it says there is no valid license intalled. The license has been generated on Web...
