Using UFT 14.03, when downloading a WSDL definition, we are getting the error "The request was aborted: Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel." in an API test. In SoapUI we can download with out any issues.

Does ALM still need TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in order to function or can I disable those and just have TLS 1.2 enabled on our server?

In our test environment we disabled protocols SSL 2, SSL 3, TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 at the network level. Now we allow only TLS 1.2. Our JIRA and HP QC were still accessible but the ALM synchronizer (12.50) was no longer able to connect. What can we do about HP-synchronizer?
