We are setting up a test instance for ALM Server and using Windows Server 2012 R2 for first time. The interface is very different. Where is "Windows Update" found?

When I try to run the ALM Client Uninstaller Tool on our Windows Server 2008 R2 server machine, I receive an error that .NET Framework 3.5 cannot be installed. Any help?

Odd one here: when I try to open some of the UFT program tools (Additional Installation Requirements, API Test Generator Wizard), it gives me an access error. Is there something I'm missing?
