When you need to conduct project maintenance in ALM admin. You should have all items Checked In. As ALM / Project Admin, what is the easiset way to find all artifacts (by all users) that are Checked Out and How do you Check In the items in mass

We are using QC 10 on XP machines, no need for admin rights for new or existing users, we just send them the QC URL, the 42 initial files load and they are on their way. On Windows 7 machines, we cannot start QC without full admin rights. HP support has been no help, they just repeat that the manual...

Hi there, I need to generate excel report from dashboard in QC that shows all test instances under certain folder. For example, I set a parameter in excel report like Root\\Testing\\Claims and report generate the list of all test instances in folder 'Claims' and all subfolders. Thanks!
