GoDawgs, Defect with HTML in the bug description was causing the issue. Once the HTML was removed, the problem went away. Please also set the ''Sanitization Type'' to Text for both the Description and R & D comments fields. [1]: /storage/temp/703-sanitization-type.png Marked as spam
