ALM Excel Add In hangs up during data validation

I am having issues with the HP ALM Excel Addin (for 12.21) hangs up, and eventually crashes when trying to validate fields. After it crashes, excel disables the add-in and it must be re-added. It only crashes on validation…even if only one test case is selected to be uploaded.

@Coleslaw If you copy all the data and paste it as value into a new sheet then the Validation check passes without any delay . Marked as spam

Make sure that none of the users that belong to the user group have a data hiding filter in place. There have been instances in the past where Excel hangs up due to this setting. Hope this helps! Marked as spam
