Hello Sergey,
The time and date for HP ALM is set according to the regional system settings of the server that HP ALM is hosted on. Are your DB and APP server in (or set to different) time zones?

Thanks,
Dan

Please, look at the attachment, time of data base and ALM Node are different, but the time of server is OK.
Can I change Java Time in ALM?

Is this ALM app part of a clustered system, or a stand alone ALM server (if this part of a clustered system then it gets the time from the first/ primary node and it's regional/ location time settings)?

I solved the problem with the logs, prescribing the timezone in wrapper
but when I check the time on the server it shows a value of +1 hour, ALM server is installed on Windows 2008. see attachment![alt text][1]
