Our company is upgrading to ALM 15.5.1.  I'm seeing in the documentation steps for using AutoPass License Server to install and manage our ALM licenses.  Is this a required new feature or can we still use the older built-in mechanism for ALM license management?

Our organization installed and configured our ALM instance to use the new AutoPass License Server license mechanism feature, but we need to revert back to the built-in license management mechanism as we no longer plan to use AutoPass.  Is this possible, and if so, how?

I'm following these steps but it doesn't seem to be picking up my ALM domain (create a pool using the same name as the domain name in Site Administration): https://admhelp.microfocus.com/alm/en/15.5-15.5.1/online_help/Content/Admin/APLS_licenses.htm#mt-item-5

I am unable to reserve product-based license capacity to a pool in AutoPass License Server for ALM license management. What am I missing?

Could someone explain the AutoPass License Server for ALM license management - License Pool Management identifiers? (User Name, IP Address, Host Id, Client Id)

How do I allocate or restrict an ALM project to a fixed license pool using AutoPass License Server as my ALM license management?

How do I implement region restricted licenses with AutoPass License Server for ALM?  For example, I only own 10 ALM Global licenses, so I want to restrict our 20 offshore users to only use at most 10 licenses at a time.

We cannot upgrade for a few months, but have many users who cannot (or will not) install Office 32-bit as required by older ALM versions (16.0 and below).  When we try to use Excel Add-in with Excel 64-bit, it throws errors.  Can we "dupe" something to make it work anyway?

Hello All, We are using ALM in windows platform, we had 200+ projects in DB1, later ALM was connected to DB2 keeping DB1 live, so we had 200+ projects created in DB1 and 10+ projects created in DB2  Now the plan is to decommission DB1 keeping only DB2 live, in this case what happens to DB1 projects ...
