Where can i get details behind this synchronizing requirements in different alm projects it seems like synchronizer will do it for defects but not for requirements. What I want to do is to link requirements in project A to project B if a requirement is changed in project A that change is propagated to the linked requirement in project B with alerts to the users airinstically. Thanks for your help.

Yes you can link requirements using ALM sychronizer between ALM projects, the only requirement is that you have an ALM license a ''Quality Center'' license will only let you synchronize between ALM and outside programs such as TFS/JIRA, to create a link between ALM projects you need an ALM license.
