I had a customer yesterday (3/22/17) that was having a problem downloading her Excel Addin since 3/20/17 and it turned out that the HPE website has changed slightly and HPE had evidently had some issues with their website. Please try again and see if perhaps you are now able to download what you need. I hope this helps. Marked as spam

I just created a new profile (it errored on the create but I still got a welcome email and was able to setup the ''app delivery marketplace'' account) Once they have gotten the welcome email they should be able to login then search for the add in they want to install and download it.
