New to ConnectAll – need help with field conflict resolution

I have an Application Link with TEST1 side set as the Master and I want to be able to automatically Close an issue from the Master side. On the TEST1 (Master) side there are 3 issues that have been moved to “Closed” status but still remain in the “Waiting for Approval” status on the TEST2 (Slave) side.

I have the field mapping for Status set where the Master “Closed” status is single direction to the Slave “Closed” status.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

The additional master-slave combinations at the individual status level seemed to help.

You can have the LINK set so it has TEST1 as "master" generally, but you can also have the field-mapping set with one side or the other as "master" also.

How is it set for the STATUS field?

Sometimes you need to play with various options like First in, last in, master-slave, and which endpoint is specified.
