Anyone else experienceing this. After we installed ALM/QC Patch 06, our response time is REALLY slow. Take al long time to drill down through the folder structure in the Test Plans module. Thanks in advance.

Starting with a clean install of ALM 11, should I apply SP2 and then install the PC extension and its SP2, or start with ALM + PC extension and then apply SP2 to both products?

I'm trying to sync QC10 defects to TFS Bug work items. I mapped the required fields on both sides and started by trying a single direction sync (QC->TFS). When I create a new record, the sync works.
