I am trying to access the vba code for the Excel Add-In. The traditional password is not working. Any Ideas?

I am getting "overwrite memory application error" when testing AUT with QTP. My AUT is .NET and 90 percent of 16 Gig of Ram is free when running test. My developers say it not the AUT and QTP's memory ~= 130 Meg. Has anybody else seen this?
