I had UFT 12.00 installed and I upgrade to 12.01. In that process I chose the ALM add-in. but after that I am not able to install UFT ALM Plug-in 12.01 Patch 1 (UFTALM_00075).

When exporting a 200 row spreadsheet from Excel into QC, I receive an error: error "Row 102, Column: B - Field 'Test Name' cannot contain the following characters: \\/:%'*?|" ... I also get the error for many other rows It appears to be for random rows and always for the "Test Name" ...

We have a user on a shared VM who when attempting to run the Excel add-in, the Excel add-in is not present. It used to be present for this user's login. Only things we can think that changed is we patched our QC server, and attempted to upgrade the Excel add-in on the VM. Not sure when the add-i...

When generating a QTP script from a manual script in QC, it generates with a generic template and only the Web add-in. I'd like to change this to have our custom template and have other add-ins available. Any help?
