Error when importing v11 QCP file into ALM v12.... "Invalid Entry Size" error.

Receiving the following error while installing ALMv12 : The installation cannot continue. ALM version is already installed in this machine.

Please explain what this means.

Users are receiving a "Cannot display Test" error while attempting to view QTP test steps copied from another project. This error did not occur on the QCv9.2 instance. This error is occuring on a project we ported and upgraded to QCv10. Any Ideas??

I am getting "overwrite memory application error" when testing AUT with QTP. My AUT is .NET and 90 percent of 16 Gig of Ram is free when running test. My developers say it not the AUT and QTP's memory ~= 130 Meg. Has anybody else seen this?

Not sure what is wrong. This is occuring only in one of our projets. This happens for all users, so we know it is not a security issue. Each time a defect is added we get a "Failed to Post" error. Any ideas?
