Hi. Is there any way to get a list of license usage for our QuickTest Pro users? I want to see if we are getting close to our maximum cap, etc. Thanks, KK

Each time when I launch my QTP, I received License Error message. Error is "The License server does not have valid QuickTest Professional license..." However, when I check the connection to server it works well.

I've upgraded our Quality Center Enterprise 11.0 to 11.5 by migrating all of our projects to a new instance. In the Site Analysis section of Site Administration when viewed in the Data Grid format, some of the licenses appear in red & bolded text, while others appear as black and not bolded. Why are some of the license numbers in Red text?

we see some of the users have opened QTP and haven't closed it. is it possible to kill that connection so that the other user can user that license.
