In UFT we would like a function to capture a screenshot at certain times, is there a way to do this in UFT and save the image to the run results?

Installed Excel add-in for version 12.53, to go with my ALM 12.53, and am getting an error when trying to connect to ALM from Excel. I have the ALM client via IE, which works fine. When I try to connect from Excel, I put in the same ALM URL I do from IE, manually typed in, and I get error seen below...

We just installed LeanFT and are trying to run a LeanFT test. We are getting the following error: com.hp.lft.sdk.GeneralLeanFtException: An Internal problem has occurred, please make sure the LeanFT sdk was properly initialized. Anyone know how to fix this?

When running a test in the Controller with multiple Java protocol script groups and when all groups are initialized simultaneously, the test are resulting in a failure for one or more Vusers with: "Error: Vuser failed to initialize extension java_int.dll".
