We are having an issue with one of our users. We are able to hide defect user defined fields on the form, but the fields still appear in the grid view.

When using specific workflow script, the email icon appears on fields that it shouldn't. When using a specific workflow script inside Run_MoveTo and Bug_MoveTo, the email icon appeare d on fields on which it should not have appeared.
