Hi, We have recently upgraded from QC 10 to ALM 11.52. We are having the issue where when an error occurs the error never gives any information about what is happening. Prior to the upgrade, when an error occurred we were able to see details about the error and aide us in our trouble shooting effort...

Is there a setting so that when all your child requirements are "covered" your parent is automatically set to "No Run" rather than "Not Covered"

Hello, Our email is set up in QC yet we do not get the defects sending emails automatically for only one project. The other projects are working correctly except for this one project. What could be the issue that could cause this to not work, any ideas/ suggestions? Thanks, HomerJ

I have a user who when running the manual runner in test lab in QC 10, cannot see the window for the manual runner. The manual runner does show up in the task-bar. Right clicking on it has the minimize and maximize grayed out. The runner is there, just not visible. How can we get it visible again?

We are using QC 10 on XP machines, no need for admin rights for new or existing users, we just send them the QC URL, the 42 initial files load and they are on their way. On Windows 7 machines, we cannot start QC without full admin rights. HP support has been no help, they just repeat that the manual...
