ALM is keep creating error logs and 9 GB dump files named - hs_err_pid12680.mdmp under C:\ProgramData\HP\ALM\server. Can we delete them?

We are using MF-Connect version 4.4We are syncing between Octane and Azure DevOps. In Octane I have added "uns" to ATTACHMENTS_FILE_EXTENSION_WHITE_LIST and I can successfully attach a file in Octane with file type of uns. When installing LRE 2020 SP3 Performance Center Server on Windows Server 2012 R2, we do not see an option to create a SQL Database Admin account while installing the configuration. Any thoughts would be helpful.
