We are currently using ALM Octane 12.60 CP11 and we are trying to understand the new Octane "Flexible upgrade paths" Can you help me understand how these work if we wanted to use the Long Term path and not have to hit every single small build in between?

When we installed ALM, we used the DB server's IP address. Now we need to change it to the Hostname instead. How do we do this?

When we try to login to ALM the login window is so small that I cannot click login or any of the other buttons that usually appear, it seems that something could be wrong with my display.

Hello. We recently upgraded our ALM server, and now of our notification emails are going out. It appears that our smtp service has either stopped or gotten hung somehow. Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated!
