My manager has asked me to explore moving all or part of our QC installation to our internal "Cloud". The QC server would be located in Miami in a 3rd party's "server farm" and our DB would be in California, and I think our NAS is in Michigan. Our current configuration is a small/med...

We are confused about the upgrade path from ALM/QC11 to ALM/QC12.53. It appears taht 12.53 is a patch to 12.50 and we can find an install guide for 12.50 that says we can upgrade directly to 12.50 from QC/ALM11. But, we also found an install guide explicitly for QC/ALM12.53 here: http://alm-help.saa...

Starting with a clean install of ALM 11, should I apply SP2 and then install the PC extension and its SP2, or start with ALM + PC extension and then apply SP2 to both products?

We noticed that when re-running the QC server Configuration Wizard, it "finds" the previously entered information (i.e. logins, passwords, DB server details, etc.). I was hoping to copy that data/file over to use for setting up the actual production site.

Earlier today we hit our limit of available UFT Licenses. The number of connections in ALM Site Admin versus WlmAdmin on the license server did not match.

We are upgrading to ALM v12.01. In prior versions, there used to be a way to select upgrade existing schema. There is an option to update a copy of the existing schema. Is there a way to upgrade the existing schema instead of a copy? Thanks in advance.
