Problem with HPQC screen recorder

Hi All I have installed HPQC screen recorder in my system. I am able to record screen but sound is not getting recorded. When I go to record –> sound options I am getting following error message: "HP screen cant select sources on your sound device. You can still record sound, But you will need to use the sound software that came with the device to select the Microphone, PC sound, & Other sources for recording." Problem is that I am not getting three check boxes for Microphone, PC sound, & Other sources. I have uninstalled & installed agian but getting the same error. I removed headsetbut this also did not work. My colleague are able to use this simply by installing this the way I installed. Any idea on this that why I am getting this error. Regards

Also try going to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Manage audio devices Check your device properties here. Click the Recording tab and verify the device is shown, check the properties and ensure it is enabled and volume levels are up, and also make it the default device. Marked as spam

You could be having issues depending on what operating system you are currently running. If you are running a 64bit operating system then HP screen recorder will not work properly. Marked as spam
