the problem with planning functional tests and builds. use ALM 12.20 the UFT 12.02 and Windows 7. installed all programs as administrator, the computer is an administrator and UAC is disabled. in the beginning it was assumed that the problems with Labservis, but apparently the problems in politicals, but do not see where is the error, anyone faced this problem ?

This could be several issues. First check to see if permissions are correct by looking at HP document [KM183747][1] Then I would check to see if there was any issues with the environment path (recommend using [OSI][2] )

Make sure that the ''''Allow other HP products to run tests and components'' is enabled.

Yes ''Allow other HP products to run tests and components'' is enabled. Checkhost is successfully. and I see how the UFT started in task menager. But the problem occurs when the remote start.

There are many pieces of data missing. 1. Is the Remote agent running? 2. Is the Remote agent activated from ALM? 3. Does the Remote Agent log any issues? 4. What does the UFT logs report? 5. What does the UFT Remote agent log? Recommend contacting your support.

also, I'm using Framework 4.5.2, and the guide is written using 4.5, there is a difference?
