QC Client is slow after installing ALM/QC Patch 06

Anyone else experienceing this.

After we installed ALM/QC Patch 06, our response time is REALLY slow.
Take al long time to drill down through the folder structure in the Test Plans module.

This is a know issue.

The work around is to turn off the Automatically Detect Setting in IE.

In Internet Explorer....
Tools / Internet Options / Connections Tab / Lan Settings Button
Uncheck the Automatically Detect Settings checkbox.

I'm seeing a performance degradation since installing patch 13. Anyone else? I've checked for this setting above and its not select.
