What are the Pro’s and Cons for using the QC 10 Client over the Browser Version?

I have noticed in one project the client version seems to hang more often than the browser version, the only thing different in this specific project in question, from others, is a lot of custom required fields.

The installable client is used primarily for two reasons.

1) For remote users with limited bandwidth. Slow bandwidth impacts startup when new QC patches are installed.

2) In highly secured enterprises where client updates are required to be pushed to user pcs using services such as System Center Configuration Manager.

Best Practice is to use the browser based deployment so that the QC clients are seemlessly updated as soon as the QC patches are applied to the QC server.
