When you click on the Site Analysis tab in Site admin you should see a line chart. If all the different types of licenses are not visible you will need to set the graph into 3D mode by clicking on the ''Set 2D/3D Graph'' icon along the tool bar along the top of the page. Also it might be helpful to change the view from Line Chart to Data Grid in the type dropdown.

To set the period that the information is pulled from along the lefthand side of the page under period you can select from
- Last 7 Days
- Last 5 Weeks
- Last 12 Months
- All Days
- Custom Period <-- this would allow you to pull information for a particular day, week, or month Below the period you will find settings for Level of Detail which is how the period of time that you chose will be displayed on the x axis - Daily <-- there and entry for each day in the period that you have chosen - Weekly - Monthly - Yearly There is no option for Hourly reporting and there is no way to change the options within the tab. If you need to see real-time license usage you can click on the Licenses tab. Since the License information is stored in the SiteAdmin database there is no way to create graphs for this in the QC/ALM client.

If you switch to the 3D graph you will see line graphs for each of the license types I imagine that you are asking about ''Full License''

Additionally, if you only want to see the ''Full License'' usage the you would need to set the filter as described on page 191 of the attached Administrative Guide.

1. click on the Filter button at the bottom of the Site Analysis tab
2. in the windows that appears click on the Filter By drop-down and select License Types
3. Select Full License and click OK

The graph will now only show ''Full Licenses''.

All ALM licenses are concurrent really the only thing that you will be filtering out would be things like ''additional tests or BPT licenses''
