Many tools available, but I don't think using every tool we can communicate each other. As per my experience using test management system, Zephyr (http://www.getzephyr.com) we can communicate each other. Hope this could help you.

I'm not sure how helpful this can be in your case but I found synced pad a very useful tool.

You can work on the same piece of code with many people at the same time and everyone will see the code as if they ware sitting at a single PC.

I use it quite extensively with my work colleges.
