TestLab LiveAnalysis not returning results

One project in our environment suddenly stopped returning any data when using the LiveAnalysis tab in the TestLab. TestPlan live analysis still works, as does the LiveAnalysis for TestLab in other projects. Any suggestions, ideas on what has happened or how to fix this? We are running HP ALM 11 patch 9

Since you are only seeing this on one project, the first thing that I would try is running a verify and repair on the project in Site Admin. Even if the verify on the project comes up clean I would still run the repair(sometimes the verify doesn't show any issues with the project but the repair will still fix certain problems in the project).
