Failed to Post TSTest error in test lab for ALM

Having an issue when adding a test to the test set (execution grid) in test lab. Get an error popup when trying the select test (clicking on move arrow) and message says Failed to Post TSTest. A different user does not have this issue, as we validated on her machine. Is this an issue with my user account or my machine possibly?

Hello, Likely the issue is with your machine, specifically the QC/ALM client install. My suggestion would be to grab the ALM client uninstaller and run (typically Full Cleanup is the best choice) it to remove your client install. Run with Full Cleanup option checked, and after it finishes, open your 32 bit IE again (often right click ''run as admin'' is best choice), connect to your QC/ALM url and re-download and install the client files. Do take notice of what the uninstaller tool lists upon opening for installed items. I say this as Connectivity add-in and some other add-in items will be listed and thus removed when you do the Full Cleanup. You will want to re-install each of those after you get your client re-installed. Marked as spam
