Can QTP utilize DDE(Dynamic Data Exchange) and/or RTD(Real Time Data)?

QuickTest Professional is mainly designed for GUI testing and HP did not test DDE front end clients. This means QTP does not supported DDE front end but does not mean it will not work. QTP uses VBScript as a main engine to run test script and if you can use VBS to access DDE functionality then you should be able to use QTP for testing. Marked as spam
